About the Role

We're looking for enthusiastic MBA Freshers who are eager to build their careers at the intersection of AI and business. As a Management Trainee, you'll work directly with the founding team on real business challenges across marketing, sales, strategy, operations, product, HR, and finance.

This role is designed for individuals who enjoy learning quick, taking ownership, and contributing in a startup environment.

What You'll Do

- Support cross-functional business initiatives.
- Conduct market and business research.




- Assist in strategy, operations, and process improvement.
- Work with AI-powered tools to improve business workflows.
- Collaborate with different teams on live projects.
