Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager (2–4 years' experience) to lead content, strategy, and performance across social platforms. The candidate should be creative, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple brand accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute result-driven social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and manage end-to-end content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & X
- Create high-quality content calendars, engaging captions, and conversion-focused hooks.
- Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads) and optimize campaigns accordingly .
- Analyze insights and present weekly/monthly reports with actionable recommendations .
- Stay ahead of trends and implement new formats (Reels, short-form videos, carousels, etc.
- Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.




- Manage multiple brand accounts while maintaining brand voice and consistency
- Handle audience engagement (comments, DMs) to build strong online communities
- Coordinate and execute campaigns, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships
- Communicate with clients/stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver results

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management/digital marketing .
- Solid understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
- Hands-on experience with scheduling & analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills .
- Ability to manage multiple brands/projects simultaneously
