Job Responsibilities:

- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Configure and support ELV systems remotely.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Provide remote operational training and technical assistance to customers.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and support records.

Desired Skills:

- Basic knowledge of Networking, Firewalls, and Unified Threat Management (UTM) configuration and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of one or more of the following systems:
- Unified Communication / IP EPABX Systems
- Video Conferencing & Collaboration Solutions
- IP-Based CCTV Systems
- Time Attendance & Access Control Systems
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Public Address Systems
- Audio-Visual Systems
- Servers & Storage Solutions




- Relevant certifications in the above technologies will be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication, problem-solving, and customer handling skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies and work effectively in a team environment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
