Reporting To: Director / Plant Head / Management
Responsibilities:
Experience in LVP preferable. Approved in LVP
Shift activity monitoring batch manufcaturing, Filling, sterilization and packing.
CIP SIP of equipments, filter integrity testing
SOP,MFR,BMR Preparation and review
Ensure eauipments in calibrated and validated state
QMS production compliance.
Ensure GMP and GDP Followed on shop floor.
Audit complaince
Ensure equipments are utilized as per the rated capacity, the filling yields are monitired and controlled. Machine breakdowns are analysed and appropriate CAPA to be escalate
Robust proactiveness on shopfloor with respect to manpower descipline, optimized use, continuous training to safeguard the company asset and product quality. Deliverable zero market complaint and no no accident and injury on shop floor.
Effective and healthy coordination with Cross functional team to acheive the company goals
Continuous improvement on shop floor with respect to man, material, methods, facility maintainence and SOP
Experience : 10 to 15 Years

Working location- Patas
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
