KarMa Law, a division of Karma Consultants, is looking to hire a Junior Associate to join our growing legal practice in Kochi, Kerala.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional who is eager to build a career in litigation and legal practice. The ideal candidate must be based in Kochi or willing to relocate to Kochi.
Eligibility
- LL.B. graduate (freshers with relevant internship experience may apply), or
- An advocate enrolled with the Bar Council, or
- A graduate with relevant law firm experience.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with practical experience in one or more of the following will be given preference:
- E-filing before the High Court of Kerala
- E-filing before the NCLT
- Filing and procedural work before district and subordinate courts
- Law firm administration work
- Case file management and coordination with clients and court offices
- Knowledge of litigation procedures and court practice
Skills Required
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel and online legal research tools
- Familiarity with court e-filing portals will be an added advantage

Kochi, Kerala (Candidates should be based in Kochi or willing to relocate.)
