Job Summary

Acquire Projects Private Limited is looking for a Purchase Manager with 3–7 years of experience in the facade or construction industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in procuring facade materials, managing vendors, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely material delivery for projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Procure facade materials such as aluminum, glass, ACP, hardware, and accessories.
- Develop and manage supplier relationships.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Issue purchase orders and track deliveries.
- Coordinate with project and store teams for material planning.




- Monitor inventory and control procurement costs.
- Maintain purchase records and vendor documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- 3–7 years of procurement experience in the facade or construction industry.
- Valuable negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is preferred.
