What You’ll Do:
- Reply to Instagram messages and enquiries
- Talk to customers on calls
- Collect name, number, and service requirement
- Explain our services and convince customers to book
- Pass interested leads to sales team
- Follow up with pending leads
What We’re Looking For:
- Good communication skills (Malayalam + basic English)
- Comfortable talking on phone
- Active on Instagram and knows how to reply properly
- Responsible and quick in responding
- Willing to learn
