Job Summary

ITC Labs is seeking a skilled and motivated Java Developer with 2–3 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain robust Java-based applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, databases, and modern software development practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain scalable Java applications.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Work with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Optimize application performance and ensure code quality.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum workplace.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Strong knowledge of Core Java and Java 8 or above.




- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate/JPA.
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and Microservices.
- Proficiency in SQL and databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Knowledge of Maven or Gradle build tools.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
