Key Responsibilities for HR Manager

1. Recruitment & Staffing

- Plan manpower requirements based on department needs
- Coordinate Advertisement, screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Ensure recruitment complies with AICTE|UGC|VTU Norms.

2. Faculty and Staff Onboarding

- Conduct induction and orientation programs.
- Facilitate joining formalities and documentation.

3. Employee Relations

- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Act as a bridge between management and employees.

4. Employee Engagement

- Plan employee engagement and wellness activities.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback.
- Promote a positive organizational culture.

5. Performance Management

- Implement performance appraisal systems.
- Monitor faculty self - appraisal and organize annual reviews.
- Coordinate promotions and career progression as per AICTE|UGC and Institutional Norms.

6. Attendance & leave Management

- Monitor attendance and working hours.
- Manage leave records and appraisal.
- Ensure adherence to service rules.

Compensation & Perks

- Coordinate payroll inputs and salary administration.
- Administer employee benefits.
- Review compensation structures and market benchmarks.

8. HR Policies & Documentation

- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records, personal file, service book and HR documentation.

9. Training & Development

- Identify training needs across departments.
- Coordinate employee learning and development program.

10. Faculty retention and succession planning

- Develop strategies to retain good faculty members.
- Monitor turnover trends.
- Support leadership development and succession planning.

11. Employee Exit and separation management

- Manage employee resignation and separation process.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback.
- Coordinate No Due clearance and full and final settlement
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies during employee exit.

Pay: ₹15,527.40 - ₹54,543.78 per month
