Job Title: E-commerce Accounts Executive - Billing (Required from E-commerce Background only)

Mode of Work: Full-time (in office)

- Key Responsibilities:

1] Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including processing Purchase Orders (POs), Proforma Invoices, Billing and related documentation.

2] Handle E-commerce platform operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, Shopify, etc.), ensuring smooth coordination with accounts and operations teams.

3] Reconcile sales, returns, commissions, and other transactions across multiple e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in accounting records.

4] Manage payment gateways and ensure timely collection, reconciliation, and settlement of payments.

5] Basic knowledge of GST and TDS related to e-commerce transactions.

- Required Skills:

1] Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Advance Excel).

2] Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Flipkart, Amazon, Tata, Shopify,



Shiprocket, Razorpay and Simpl) and their financial operations.

3] Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4] Minimum 08 months of relevant experience in e-commerce accounting is preferred. Strong accounting knowledge is essential.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
