Job Description for the Sales Executive position, specifically tailored for banquet sales:

Enquiry Handling:

- Answer guest calls and document requirements.

- Update enquiries in the system.

- Share event menus and estimated budgets based on guest needs.

- Follow up with all leads at specific shortlisted.

Booking Confirmation:

- Consult with clients to understand requirements and provide solutions to close deals.

- Coordinate with the Chef regarding event menus.

Pre-Event Coordination:

- Reconfirm event menu, guest count (pax), and event timing.

- Coordinate with decorators for event details.

- Prepare and distribute the Function Prospectus (FP) to all concerned departments.

Event Planning and Coordination:

- Collaborate with clients to understand preferences.

- Develop event plans including layouts, menus, and timelines.





- Ensure all event details are accurately documented and communicated.

Room Bookings:

- Sell hotel rooms, meeting spaces, banquets and other services.

- Manage group and bulk bookings.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain solid client relationships.

- Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

- Ensure overall client satisfaction with the event experience.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Marketing and Sales: Promote banquet facilities and sell event packages.

- Problem-Solving: Address challenges during events to maintain smooth operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
