Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Endorsement Sales Specialist to drive influencer partnerships for leading brands. The ideal candidate will have a robust network across brands, agencies, and the entertainment ecosystem, with proven experience in endorsement sales, talent partnerships, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive revenue through endorsement and influencer partnership sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with brands, media agencies, and marketing decision-makers.
- Identify and close high-value endorsement opportunities for celebrities, creators, athletes, and influencers.
- Lead negotiations, commercial discussions, and contract closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution and talent management.




- Develop strategic partnerships across lifestyle, fashion, FMCG, automotive, finance, gaming, and D2C sectors.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to business growth.

Requirements

- 5-10 years of experience in endorsement sales, influencer marketing, talent management, or business development.
- Strong network within brands, agencies, and the entertainment industry.
- Proven track record of closing high-value partnerships and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with management agencies, media companies, or influencer marketing firms is preferred.
