We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team in Chengannur.
Location: Chengannur
Qualification: Any graduation with good knowledge of MS Office
Experience: 2–5 years in customer service, customer support, or a related role
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, emails, and direct communication
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution
- Provide clear information about company services and processes
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Robust problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
- Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries efficiently
- Fluency in Malayalam and English will be an advantage
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
