Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Executive with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in corporate finance. The ideal candidate should possess robust analytical skills, a sound understanding of financial concepts, and a passion for financial planning, business analysis, and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare MIS reports, financial reports, and management dashboards.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Analyze financial statements and evaluate business performance.
- Support cash flow management and working capital analysis.
- Assist in financial modeling, business valuation, and due diligence assignments.




- Prepare presentations and reports for management and clients.
- Coordinate with clients, banks, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
- Support the execution of corporate finance and advisory engagements.
- Perform additional finance-related assignments as required.

Qualifications & SkillsMandatory Qualification

- MBA in Finance.

Experience

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Corporate Finance.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
- Knowledge of financial modeling and valuation will be an added advantage.

Soft Skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and deadline-driven environment.
- Attention to detail with a proactive and professional approach.

Pay: ₹25,078.67 - ₹35,524.53 per month
