Job Description – Senior Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations, taxation compliance, reconciliations, payroll support, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, e-commerce accounting, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime, including Sales, Purchase, Journal, Ledger, Payment, and Receipt entries.
- Handle Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, vendor/customer reconciliations, and Bank Reconciliation (BRS).
- Prepare MIS reports, expense reports, cash flow statements, and financial summaries.
- Manage GST compliance including E-Invoicing, E-Way Bills, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and ITC reconciliation.
- Handle TDS deductions, payments, returns (24Q/26Q), and Form 16/16A.




- Perform e-commerce accounting and reconciliation for platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
- Support payroll processing, salary sheets, EPF, ESI, and attendance-related records.
- Maintain financial documentation and coordinate with auditors and consultants as required.

Required Qualifications

- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Experience in e-commerce accounting and reconciliation preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
