2D Animation Faculty – Job ProfileRole Overview

A 2D Animation Faculty specializes in teaching traditional and digital 2D animation techniques.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach:
- Classical animation principles
- Character design
- Storyboarding
- Lip sync
- Frame-by-frame animation
- Train students using:
- Toon Boom Harmony
- Adobe Animate
- TVPaint
- Conduct drawing and animation exercises
- Help create animated shorts/projects
- Mentor students on portfolio development

Skills Required

- Strong drawing skills
- Understanding of motion and expressions
- Storytelling ability
- Creativity and patience

Qualification

- Degree/Diploma in Animation/Fine Arts
- Solid portfolio/showreel
