In this vital role you will provide enterprise leadership for database design and data acquisition capabilities across Amgen’s clinical portfolio, ensuring scalable, high-quality, and efficient delivery of clinical database builds and integrated data acquisition solutions that accelerate study execution and improve patient outcomes.
- Provide global leadership for the Database Design & Acquisition (DDA) function, overseeing therapeutic area leads, database design leads, and data acquisition leads across the portfolio.
- Define and execute the enterprise strategy for database design and data acquisition, ensuring timely, high-quality builds with minimized split go-lives and reduced mid-study changes.
- Partner with Data Management and Clinical Systems leadership to align database design, acquisition standards, and integration capabilities with enterprise platforms and long-term technology strategy.
