Role Overview
We're looking for a highly motivated Senior Analytics Recruiter to support hiring across our Analytics and Consulting practices in the U.S. This is a senior, individual contributor role focused on end-to-end recruitment for mid to executive-level hiring, where stakeholder influence, market insight, and robust closing ability are critical.
We’re specifically looking for someone who has recruited within a consulting environment (Big 4, strategy, analytics, or tech consulting firms) and understands how to evaluate and attract high-caliber consulting talent. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on fast-paced, high-impact hiring for technical and consulting roles across Fractal. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to fill a variety of mid to senior level positions, often under tight timelines and in competitive vendor environments.
