About your team
GPS Delivery supports a variety of customers, including Retail, Workplace and Institutional investors in the wholesale, direct investing and advised channels.Our team of colleagues are split across many locations worldwide, and we all strive to ensure our customers get the best possible service.
About your role
GPS technology stack and engineering ecosystem needs to evolve at a fast pace to cater to strategic technology drivers and to meet end customer experience demands.
There is need for a seasoned technologist leader who can lead / drive this space with dedicated energy, passion and inspiration. The person in the role will be expected to define appropriate test strategies including various aspects of automation testing for the respective programs/projects, co-own the test plan. The person is expected have robust understanding and experience of agile delivery and testing practices, to drive high levels of automation and efficiencies, drive adoption of toolsets in line with the organizational direction and connect to the wider delivery and testing community within the organization to share best practices. The person is expected to have a high degree of connect with the external environment to sense market trends on related technologies and practices and help bring innovation and provide thought leadership to the overall department and the wider organization.
