We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Specialist to join our FOM Data Analytics and AI -CAT IT Division
The preference for this role is to be based out of Chennai - Brigade World Trade Centre
What you will do
The incumbent would employ data analytics to assess an organization's technical performance and makes system enhancement recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure data onboarding activities in data platform comply with data governance, security, and privacy policies.
- Perform data profiling to assess structure, completeness, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with Data Architects and Data Engineers to align on data models, ingestion pipelines, and storage strategies.
- Document onboarding workflows, dependencies, and known data quality issues.
- Identify and log data quality issues, ensuring proper tracking, triage, and resolution.
- Work with business teams to validate data correctness and usability.
