What You’ll Do on a Typical Day
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles (typically less complex, below M3)
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
- Source, engage, and assess both active and passive candidates through diverse channels.
- Conduct structured interviews, ensuring fair and consistent evaluation practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations.
- Ensure a strong candidate experience by managing communication and feedback throughout the process.
- Partner with TA leadership on projects such as employer branding, diversity hiring, or process improvements.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates




- Provide data-driven updates on hiring progress
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and tools to effectively source passive candidates and build a robust pipeline for future business requirements

What We’re Looking For
- At least 4+ years recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience balancing a high-volume req load would be added advantage
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Proven record of success in filling roles, hitting goals and meeting deadlines
- Experience in managing recruitment in EMEA or APAC (Outside of India) would be preferred
- Versatile to work from the office atleast once a month
