Job Description:

Search for New Products for Gifting:
• Research and identify new products suitable for gifting purposes..
• Keep knowledge of latest trends and innovations in the gifting industry.
2. Client Visits:
• Schedule and plan client visits as per the assigned frequency (3-4 days a week).
• Coordinate with clients to confirm meeting times and sampling done.
• Prepare & take necessary materials and presentations for client meetings.
3. MS Office Proficiency:
• Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Utilize Excel for reporting and maintaining databases.
4. Gmail Usage:
• Use Gmail for sending quotations, work orders, and other client communication.
• Ensure timely responses to client queries and requests via email.
5. Database Management:
• Create and maintain databases using Excel.
• Include manager names, recent requirements, budgets, and other relevant information.
• Regularly update the database with the latest information obtained from partners and clients.

Smooth Delivery Management:
• Coordinate with various intermediaries such as transport companies and warehouse managers to ensure smooth delivery of consignments.
• Obtain and track necessary documents such as E-way bills for shipments.
• Confirm receipt and acknowledgment of deliveries from clients.
7. Email Communication:
• Use client email IDs stored in the Excel sheet for regular communication.
• Send minimum three emails per week to managers, informing them of new products and updates.
8. Theme Development and Product Presentation:
• Work on developing themes for client presentations with the help of internet research and ChatGPT.
• Create PowerPoint presentations and written materials showcasing how our products align with client themes.
• Scout for new products based on manager requirements and incorporate them into presentations.
