LATN Academy is seeking an experienced Architecture Mentor cum PMC Engineer to train aspiring architects while also supporting Project Management Consultancy (PMC) activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, practical site experience, and a passion for mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training in Architecture and Interior Design
- Teach AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, V-Ray, D5 Render, and other architectural software
- Guide students through live architectural and interior design projects
- Handle PMC activities including site coordination, project documentation, BOQ preparation, estimation, and quality monitoring
- Review architectural drawings and construction documents
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants
- Prepare project reports and technical documentation
- Mentor students in industry workflows and professional practices

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Architectural Design principles
- Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion,



3ds Max, and rendering software
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, Estimation, and Quantity Surveying
- Site supervision and project coordination skills
- Understanding of building materials and construction practices
- Excellent communication and mentoring abilities

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Architecture or Interior Design
- Experience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC)
- Experience handling live construction projects
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
