Experience: 0.5 – 3 years (Eligibility Verification in Dental Billing)

Work Hours: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST or 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST or 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Salary: As per the market standard and experience

About the Role

We are seeking a Process Associate to work collaboratively with our highly versatile, cross-functional Medical and Dental Billing team, providing accurate and qualitative billing services to clients.

The ideal candidate will work the US shift (Monday to Friday) and should have a robust understanding of Dental Billing and Eligibility Verification processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify dental and medical insurance eligibility for patients.
- Handle billing inquiries and communicate effectively with patients and insurance providers.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of dental and medical claims.
- Maintain proper documentation in client software and ensure a clear audit trail.
- Analyze Accounts Receivable (A/R) data, identify underpayments and top denial reasons, and document appropriately.
- Perform pre-call analysis and check claim status via payer calls, IVR, or web portals.
- Handle denial management and follow up for claim resolution.
- Demonstrate good understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) concepts.




- Provide excellent customer service and communication at all stages.
- Familiarity with Healthcare terminology, ICD/CPT codes is a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in Eligibility Verification is mandatory.
- Understanding of Dental Billing and RCM processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to excellent customer service.
- Willingness to work in a night shift (US hours).
- BDS Qualification will be a plus
