Roles & Responsibilities

- Minimum 5+ years of experience is required in Transplant segment sales in Medical devices.
- Promote and sell medical devices and consumables used in transplant procedures, including general transplant, liver transplant, kidney transplant, and related specialties.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with transplant surgeons, nephrologists, hepatologists, OT staff, and hospital procurement teams.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within transplant centers, hospitals, and specialty clinics.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth within the transplant segment.
- Provide product demonstrations, in-theatre support, and clinical assistance during transplant procedures when required.
- Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals on product usage, features,



and clinical benefits.
- Work closely with hospital stakeholders to ensure product approvals, onboarding, and repeat business.
- Track and manage tenders, institutional sales processes, and rate contracts for transplant-related products.
- Monitor competitor activities, product positioning, and pricing strategies in the transplant market.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
