Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing the store team, maintaining inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the store team.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
- Handle cash management, billing, and store audits.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate store staff.

Required Qualifications:





- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5+ years of experience in retail operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS/billing systems.
- Ability to work versatile shifts, weekends, and holidays.
