Job Description – NFP Accountant

Position: Sr. Accountant - NFPKey Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day financial records, journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.

· Manage Accounts Payable including invoice booking, approvals, and vendor payments.

· Manage Accounts Receivable, invoicing, ageing reports, and collections.

· Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filings.

· Review and close GSTR 1 & 2A/2B reconciliations ECL ledgers in a timely fashion





· Support payroll processing and statutory deductions.

· Manage petty cash and employee reimbursements.

· Work on Tally, Zoho Books, ERP, or similar accounting software.

· Coordinate with Procurement, HR, and Operations to strengthen financial controls.

· Support preparation of MIS for the Internal Reporting to the Management

Candidate Preference

· Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com/CA Inter preferred.

· 2–4 years of accounting experience; FMCG, food processing, manufacturing, or agri-business experience preferred.

· Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting principles, and statutory compliance.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, ERP, etc.).

· Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
