What You'll Own

Scale customer acquisition across Web & App

Drive profitable growth across Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads, YouTube, DV360 , and emerging channels

Build a culture of experimentation through A/B testing, creative optimization, audience segmentation, and landing page improvements

Partner with Product, Engineering, CRM, Analytics, and Design to improve the entire customer journey.

Leverage AI tools and automation to unlock smarter targeting,



faster optimization, and better creative performance.

We're Looking For Someone Who

Has 3–8 years of Performance Marketing experience in a high-growth consumer internet company

Has scaled paid acquisition for apps or digital products

Thinks beyond campaigns and understands business growth

Loves data, experimentation, and solving customer problems

Is customer-first, curious, and always learning
