Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Coordination
- Welcome and assist patients visiting the Vision Department.
- Coordinate patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up visits.
- Guide patients through consultations, diagnostic tests, and treatment procedures.
- Ensure smooth patient flow to minimize waiting time.
- Address patient queries and provide accurate information regarding services and treatment processes.
- Appointment & Scheduling
- Manage doctor's appointment calendar efficiently.
Documentation & Records
- Maintain complete and accurate patient records in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
- Verify patient demographic details and insurance information.
- Confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments as required.
- Coordinate emergency and priority consultations.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
