About the Chance:

We are hiring Production Supervisors to oversee the cultivation of ornamental plants in our modern greenhouses. This role involves hands-on management of plant care, greenhouse operations, and team coordination.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily greenhouse operations for foliage potted plants, Anthurium, Phalaenopsis orchids, and Spathiphyllum.
- Monitor plant health, watering schedules, and nutrient management.




- Assist in pest and disease control under the guidance of the Production Manager.
- Train and guide workers on best farming practices.
- Maintain greenhouse hygiene and ensure adherence to cultivation protocols.

Requirements:

- Diploma in Agriculture (Agri Diploma) or related qualification.
- Freshers & experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
