Job Summary

Stark Communication is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Digital Marketing Trainer to train students in industry-relevant digital marketing skills. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in digital marketing and the ability to deliver engaging classroom sessions with hands-on projects. The role includes mentoring students, conducting practical assignments, and preparing them for job opportunities in the digital marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube).
- Create engaging posts, reels, banners, and promotional content using Canva and other design tools.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate student enquiries and admissions through effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Perform basic SEO activities to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
- Update website content, course details, blogs, and landing pages.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Business Suite.
- Coordinate with the counselling team for timely lead follow-up and conversion.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools,



and competitor activities.
- Deliver classroom training on SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Google Analytics, WordPress, Canva, and AI tools.
- Conduct practical sessions, live projects, assignments, and assessments.
- Mentor students, evaluate their performance, and prepare them for interviews and placements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Google Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, WordPress, Search Console, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for beginners.
- Good classroom management and mentoring skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Digital Marketing Training.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot certifications will be an added advantage.
