- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Global Trade Services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to SAP Global Trade Services environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within integrated business systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate technical information to diverse audiences.
