Experience - 7+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage embedded software development projects from initiation to completion.
- Perform system study, requirement analysis, and preparation of detailed design specifications.
- Prepare Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and provide accurate effort estimations.
- Develop and manage project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, testing, and quality assurance.
- Ensure compliance with DO-178C guidelines and CMMI quality processes.
- Apply Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) methodologies and use CASE tools during the development life cycle.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related engineering discipline.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
