Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Showroom Manager to lead our luxury paint showroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and client engagement, ideally with experience meeting high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and designers. Even if not from a design background, a polished presentation and professional demeanor are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage daily operations of the Colour Coats showroom.

* Provide exceptional customer service by engaging HNWIs, interior designers, and architects.

* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, ensuring clients receive a premium experience.

* Collaborate with designers and architects, offering tailored solutions for their projects.

* Oversee showroom aesthetics and ensure a luxurious, welcoming environment.

* Coordinate with suppliers, manage inventory, and ensure the showroom is always impeccably presented.

* Visit client sites to assist in paint selection, offer on-site consultations,



and build lasting relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Proven experience in sales or showroom management (luxury retail is a plus).

* Experience engaging with HNWIs, designers, or high-end clientele.

* Strong presentation and interpersonal skills—polished, confident, and well-spoken.

* ⁠* Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Tamil, enabling effective communication with diverse clients.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to represent the brand with confidence and elegance in all interactions.

* Flexibility to visit client sites, understand project needs, and offer tailored solutions.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, though not mandatory. Any professional experience in luxury retail or high-end client services is valued.
