Job Description:
Titan, a leading jewellery brand, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Lead- Retail Operations Mia. This role will be responsible for overseeing the retail operations of our Mia Business department in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability for the Mia Business department
- Manage and lead a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns and events
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee stock management to ensure availability of products
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and provide feedback to the team
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in retail operations and customer service
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the jewellery industry
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
- Robust leadership skills and experience managing a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to retail operations
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail software systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
