Job Title - Field Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire candidates for blue-collar, entry-level, and field-based roles. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with local communities, educational institutions, job centers, and referral networks to meet hiring targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through field activities, job fairs, walk-in drives, local events, and community outreach.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain relationships with local colleges, vocational institutes, NGOs, and employment exchanges.
- Manage candidate documentation and ensure timely onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment databases and track hiring progress.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
- Travel to assigned locations for recruitment drives and candidate engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and hiring standards.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Experience in field hiring or bulk recruitment is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply.

Work Location

Field-based (travel within assigned territory).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
