- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Experience with configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules related to asset lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within ServiceNow environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs to connect ServiceNow HAM with other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
