Job Description:

- Lead and manage the hardware development function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Oversee circuit design and development of advanced hardware for medical diagnostic solutions
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in hardware architecture and product performance
- Build, mentor, and strengthen the hardware team in Bangalore
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D;, software, quality, and manufacturing
- Analyze product issues during production and implement robust corrective and preventive actions
- Establish and enforce best practices, processes, and design standards in hardware development
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and quality standards for medical devices




- Support new product development as well as lifecycle management of existing products

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 15 -20 years of experience in hardware design and development, with at least a few years in a leadership role
- Solid expertise in circuit design, validation, and debugging
- Proven experience in team management and stakeholder coordination
- Good understanding of product development lifecycle and manufacturing support

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in medical diagnostics, healthcare devices, or other regulated industries
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
