- An embroidery supervisor coordinates the daily operations of embroidery production, including machine setup, staff scheduling, and quality control.
- They train workers, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure production quotas and deadlines are met efficiently.
- Inspect finished goods for embroidery defects, color accuracy, and thread tension.
- Ensure multi-head embroidery machines and auxiliary equipment are operating correctly; troubleshoot mechanical failures and perform routine maintenance.
- Requisition threads, bobbins, backings, and other raw materials while managing department budgets and operational costs.
- Deep familiarity with operating and maintaining multi-head embroidery machines along with digitizing software and production tracking tools.
- Solid multitasking, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
