Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Content Writer & Personal Branding Specialist to develop high-impact content for personal brands across digital platforms. This role involves creating engaging narratives for professionals, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders while driving audience engagement through compelling storytelling and platform-specific content.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media trends, personal branding, audience psychology, and content strategies that improve reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Research, conceptualize, and create content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, long-form YouTube videos, and LinkedIn articles.
- Write engaging video scripts using high-retention storytelling frameworks such as Hook – Context – Trigger – Call to Action (CTA).
- Develop compelling captions, social media copy, ad copy, and platform-specific content while maintaining each client's unique tone of voice.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and viral content formats, and adapt them into relevant content ideas.
- Conduct in-depth research across diverse industries, including healthcare, wellness, business, entrepreneurship, and leadership,



to create authentic and informative content.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure content aligns with branding objectives and marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or personal branding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Tamil.
- Strong storytelling, scriptwriting, and content structuring abilities.
- Familiarity with marketing and content frameworks, particularly Hook – Context – Trigger – CTA, is preferred.
- Experience using AI-powered productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar writing assistants for research and content development.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex topics into engaging content.
- Understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, and content performance metrics.
