Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks associated with deployment activities to ensure seamless execution.
- Facilitate communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and timely resolution of issues.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative workplace to enhance team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
- Strong knowledge of integration frameworks and middleware technologies related to SAP Successfactors.
- Experience in managing deployment lifecycles including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ability to analyze complex system interdependencies and provide effective solutions.
- Skilled in monitoring project metrics and using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Additional Information:
