We're Hiring: HR Executive

We're looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join the Searchonic team. If you're passionate about recruitment, employee engagement, and building a positive workplace culture, we'd love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Handle onboarding and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HRMS.
- Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Address employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR processes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, or a related field.




- 0-2 years of HR experience (Freshers with relevant internships can also apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and HR processes.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
