Job Description:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; prepare BRDs, FSDs, user stories, use cases, and business process flows
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Prepare and review Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and support Technical Specification Document (TSD) preparation with the technical team.
- Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis, impact analysis, and define business rules, workflows, and product configurations.
- Support end-to-end implementation activities, including requirement validation, system configuration, UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Work on system integrations by defining interface requirements, API specifications, data mapping, and integration workflows with internal and external systems
- Ensure complete requirement traceability, documentation quality, change management, and timely business sign-offs throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide General Insurance domain expertise, mentor junior Business Analysts, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
