About the Internship Role
As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR and leadership team to support talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain real-world HR experience in a dynamic digital workplace.
Responsibilities
- Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Maintain and update HR databases and reports
- Help with employee engagement initiatives
- Contribute to employer branding and internship program planning
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, or Business
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or MS Office
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
