Job Title: Senior HR Generalist

Location: Manpada, Thane-Head Office

Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Generalist to oversee and strengthen HR operations across the school. This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage the complete employee lifecycle, drive HR initiatives, ensure statutory compliance, and partner with leadership to build a positive and high-performing work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end onboarding process.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and standard operating procedures.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities: onboarding, engagement, performance management, and exit processes.
- Act as a key point of contact for employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee attendance, and leave management processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Drive performance appraisal systems and support leadership in talent development.




- Design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records, MIS reports, and documentation.
- Support audits and ensure readiness for inspections and compliance reviews.
- Collaborate with school leadership on organizational development and culture-building initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in schools or educational institution
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in handling employee relations and HR operations independently
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and quick-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
