Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a premium shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery collections.
- Explain product features, pricing, purity, and ongoing offers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising and showroom presentation standards.
- Assist with stock handling, inventory management, and daily showroom operations.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- HSC (+2), ITI,
Diploma, or Any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in retail or jewellery sales is an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Robust sales and relationship-building ability.
- Professional grooming and presentation.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
