Position: IT Technician

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable IT Technician with hands-on experience in CCTV camera installation, computer hardware setup, desktop support, and printer installation. The ideal candidate should be capable of installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT equipment while providing excellent technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV camera systems (IP and Analog).
- Perform desktop and computer installation, assembly, and hardware upgrades.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and application software.
- Perform preventive maintenance of IT equipment and CCTV systems.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic networking issues.
- Provide in office and remote technical support to users.
- Maintain service reports and installation records.
- Ensure all installations comply with company standards and safety guidelines.

Required Skills:

- Experience in CCTV camera installation and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware installation and repair.
- Experience with printer installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches).
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

- Diploma/ITI/Bachelor's degree in Computer Hardware,



Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in CCTV and IT hardware installation (preferred).
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of DVR/NVR configuration and IP camera setup.
- Experience with biometric attendance systems and access control systems.
- Willingness to travel for on-site installations and support.
