The Team

Our DTS team provides following services to clients:

- Data & Applied Intelligence - Helping clients in harnessing the power of data and cutting-edge analytics to drive intelligent decision-making and transform businesses.
- Product and Innovation - Empowering clients to innovate, develop, and launch products that drives growth and competitive advantage.
- Technology M&A; and Strategy - Assist clients to manage the technology aspects and business enablement of complex M&A;, integrations and carve-outs.
- Technology Transformation - A&M; helps clients create a scalable, cost-effective IT function that delivers the company's strategic vision and priorities

How you will contribute

- Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 F&O; transformation programs for enterprise clients across Finance and Manufacturing domains.
- Provide strategic advisory to senior client stakeholders on ERP transformation, finance optimization, and manufacturing process improvements.
- Drive innovation in D365 solutions, including adoption of AI, automation, and advanced analytics (e.g., Power BI).
- Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders across geographies to deliver large-scale, multi-entity ERP implementations.
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on finance transformation, supply chain, and manufacturing operations.
- Lead Fit-Gap analysis, solution design, and deployment strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee integrations with external systems (CRM, payroll, banking, etc.) and ensure seamless end-to-end solution architecture

Qualifications





- 12+ years of experience in ERP consulting, with 8+ years of experience leading large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) transformation programs across Finance and Manufacturing domains.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to leverage Generative AI and Agentic AI to enhance ERP transformation delivery, accelerate decision-making, improve consulting productivity, and drive operational efficiency.
- Proven project credentials in designing and delivering enterprise-wide D365 F&O; implementations, including Fit-Gap analysis, solution architecture, deployment strategy, and multi-entity global rollouts.
- Strong expertise in Finance Transformation, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and ERP process optimization, with experience integrating D365 F&O; with enterprise systems such as CRM, payroll, banking, and third-party applications.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing and mentoring consulting teams of 15–25 members while successfully delivering multiple concurrent engagements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive advisory skills, with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders and collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams.
