- Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve performance targets.
- Assign tasks and monitor daily workflow.
- Track team productivity and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
- Resolve employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure quality standards and service levels are consistently met.
- Prepare and maintain reports on team performance and KPIs.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
