About the Role

NestsFinder is looking for a creative, energetic, and results-oriented Social Media Manager to build our online presence and drive engagement across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about real estate marketing, understands social media trends, and has solid video editing skills to create high-quality, engaging content that attracts buyers, sellers, and investors.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Edit high-quality videos, reels, shorts, and promotional content that capture attention and increase engagement.
- Create visually appealing graphics, carousels, stories, and social media posts aligned with the NestsFinder brand.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Shoot and edit property walkthroughs, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action to maximize reach and engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, video formats, and platform algorithms.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze insights, and optimize content strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote new property listings, events, and campaigns.




- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Executive.
- Excellent video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- Robust knowledge of short-form content creation for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other graphic design tools.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content strategy, and audience engagement.
- Excellent communication and content writing skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory.
